Please note, you can always disguise a sloping molded jello with fresh greens. It is barely noticeable in the picture and your friends wouldn't have the nerve to mention it.
Sadly, no. I used to compound for some really traditional pharmacies. Lemon juice turns giving a compound a twelve day expiration date even when kept in the fridge.
Unopened in a cabinet in a sterile and cool environment is the bit there. Once opened and mixed with all the goodies we were at it belonged in the fridge, as did many of our preparations. An open bottle of real-lemon should be kept in the fridge and used within the month and we just based our use-by date off of that.
