I always watch your cooking forays with much pleasure. Since I didn't read the recipe (and avoid gelatine-based food on general principle) I have no idea what, if anything, went wrong. You are braver than I am.;D
I work alone, and I'm not sure if my boss would appreciate a jelled salad (although her specialty is in food history). I found the perfect one--grapefruit ginger salad...it's in the Knox gel-cookery book that I've got.
