Really, these recipes are redefining my ideas of diet food.

Hmm ... 395 calories WITHOUT the gravy. I wonder how many calories the gravy adds?

That's a whole 8 oz. serving of meat though. A normal serving size would probably be about 4 ounces. At leasat for someone who is watching their weight.

Hmm, picture sort'a screams salt at me. Calories per serving of turkey gravy comes in at about 100. Better to stick to a rich turkey broth instead.
